Hotel La Cle - Saint-Andre (Tarn)

I had a wonderfully perfect stay in a long time. My twin/double room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Plus, I had a nice view of the swimming pool. 😊.

The property's location was good, in the middle of the city. The pool was good and the staff was very very helpful:)))

The hotel was a great place for enjoying an industrialised area, just next door to an industrial area, the restaurant and a palace. The room was very comfortable, comfortable bed. It was comfy and there was WiFi. Had a PERFECT time.

The room was clean and had lovely garden views, and I appreciated the shower facilities, hair dryer, and guest toiletries.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and adaptable, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, especially in the common areas. It had a cozy and quaint atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The beautiful floral arrangements and vintage furnishings added a touch of elegance. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The hallways and doorways were wide and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walker. The staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist me whenever I needed.

I would have preferred if the hotel had more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or activities that would cater to our interests and needs.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were kind and helpful throughout our visit. They even went out of their way to assist us with transportation. The location of the hotel, just off the freeway, was convenient for us. the pool area was great and provided a perfect place for us to relax after a long day. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel loves dogs, making it a pet-friendly place.

A Hidden Gem

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel just off the freeway, conveniently located near a trading estate. Although the hotel initially appeared a bit scruffy from the outside, I was kinda surprised by thevery comfy and tidy bedroom.

The hotel had a good pool, perfect for a quick dip after a long drive. And although the croissants at Monday breakfast were a bit stale, there was an excellent restaurant just two buildings away , made up for it.

Located at the entrance of the area, this hotel provides great convenience. the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and ceramic floors. the helpful reception staff also provide instructions for checking in late. To make your stay even more comfortable, the rooms are equipped with coffee and tea. the staff is always ready to help if you forget anything in the room or if you have any other requests.

The pool was not clean, with cloudy water and vacuum leads left inside.

Clean and comfortable room, nice facilities, accommodating staff, was really good, well-maintained.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel offered a wonderful Christmas experience. the rooms were cozy and warm with festive decorations, and we were greeted with hot cocoa and marshmallows upon arrival. the staff were friendly and helpful, even giving us tips on nearby holiday events and activities. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and Christmas market. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities to relax after a day of exploring.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. the selection was limited and the food seemed stale.

The hotel was conveniently located at the highway exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived late at night. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. There was coffee and tea available, and the wifi worked well. We appreciated the easy-to-clean ceramic floors.

The curtains didn't fully cover the windows, so it was bright in the morning. There was some noise from the reception area, which was near our room.
